The philosophy of the restaurant of the Hotel Savoy Palace is aimed  towards top quality and guarantees a high level cuisine.As the menu suggests a large choice of traditional Italian meals plus international cuisine is offered to satisfy every taste.

The Casino' was opened in 1909 as a "Kurhaus" (spa hotel) on the model of those existing at that time in Central Europe. It was popular with the numerous guest from the north, who winterd at Gardone Riviera intil the outbreak of the first world war.
For some time before the war and particulary in the early twenties, it was also used as a gambling place, hence today's name.

Since 1928 Restaurant Colomber has been serving local specialities accompanied by well chosen local wines. The simple homely cuisine is prepared by using entirely local produced fair. The olive oil, churred hams and meats, local cheese, vegetables are all extremely carefully selected.
